Senior Account Executive - Ecuador

Alt Score is looking for a driven and seasoned Senior Account Executive in Ecuador to help us scale our impact in the enterprise Saa S space. As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for closing large, complex deals, managing a portfolio of high-value clients, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic engagements. There is also potential to lead sales teams and develop scalable sales processes as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities ✔️
  • Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing for enterprise clients, focusing on 6-7 figure deals with a long sales cycle.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers and executives at major enterprises, particularly in the CPG and financial services sectors in Latin America.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of Alt Score’s solutions and present them in a way that aligns with the client's business objectives and challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely deal progression.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and securing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Process Development: Take an active role in refining and developing scalable sales processes as the company grows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Potential Leadership: Demonstrate the potential to lead and manage a sales team as the organization expands, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities in Lat Am, aligning Alt Score’s product offerings with market needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure feedback loops that improve the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the overall sales strategy, suggesting improvements and leading initiatives to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on key sales metrics and performance updates to the COO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within Saa S or fintech, with a focus on large, complex deals.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value contracts ($500K+) and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the credit or lending infrastructure space, with the ability to articulate how Alt Score’s solutions can solve client pain points.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience selling to large CPG companies or financial institutions in Latin America -particularly Ecuador- is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building C-level relationships.
  • Experience in leading sales teams or developing sales processes is a strong plus.
  • Mastery of CRM tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, and other sales automation platforms.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to manage complex deals and clients autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Lat Am -particularly Ecuador- to meet with clients.

  • Base Salary: $2,000 - $6,000 USD per month, depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, tied to individual and company performance.

  • Unlimited PTO: We offer unlimited PTO, with the expectation that employees take at least 3-4 weeks off per year to recharge.
  • Fully Remote: Alt Score is a fully remote company, but this role requires regular travel within Ecuador and Lat Am to meet clients.
