• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, actuarial science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of underwriting experience (Property, General Accidents, Health, or Life), ideally with exposure to high-growth or underserved markets.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and make informed risk decisions.
• Knowledge of risk management and pricing strategies for emerging markets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for insurance products.
