Full-Time Job.
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to our clients in English.
Requirements:
- Graduates
- Fluent in English (B1+/B2).
- Clear military status for males.
- Egyptian nationality.
- resident of Cairo.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
-Highest net salary in the industry up to 15,000 EGP Net including KPIs.
-Overnight allowance: 1000 EGP
-Gym Access
-Social insurance.
-Medical insurance 400k coverage per year.
-Career Path - Promotion after 6 months
-Transportation provided all over Cairo and Giza with different collection points

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
