What you will be doing

• Familiarize with all ABL services, especially Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) services.
• Attend onsite Marine surveys and operations as needed.
• Contribute to the development of Marine, MWS, and Offshore Operations.
• Ensure all operations comply with approved instructions, procedures, and policies.
• Assist or lead projects to deliver optimal solutions within the timeframe, cost, and quality standards.
• Deliver quality documents for review within set timelines.
• Maintain billable utilization in line with annual targets.
• Liaise with clients to ensure project completion and satisfaction.
• Assist with project management tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

• Be an Unlimited Master Mariner (STCW) or Unlimited Chief Engineer (STCW).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a senior position.
• Demonstrate good decision-making capability with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus.
• Possess accurate reporting and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.
• Exhibit effective time management skills including an ability to deal effectively with multiple issues and assignments simultaneously.

• Experience in the marine consultancy field.
• Exposure to offshore construction/decommissioning work.
• Previous experience gained from a similar role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently.
