Your responsibilities

• Customize and enhance the CRM application using Microsoft's built-in administrative, reporting, and development tools.
• Implement changes to fulfill business requirements, adhere to standards, and meet deadlines.
• Develop, test, and modify programs.
• Install applications and configure environments for development, testing, and production use.
• Develop and improve Dynamics 365 (CRM) reports with internal and external tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other applications.
• Offer customer support as needed.

• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
• A minimum of 3 years' CRM experience
• Experience with Microsoft CRM 2013 and later, including online and on-premises customization and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as C#, Java Script, Plugins, SSRS Report writing, XML/Fetch XML, Web Services, and SQL
• Familiarity with Experlogix and Microsoft Hololens is highly valued but not mandatory
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Capability to innovate with existing and new technologies within a best practice framework
• Comprehensive understanding of business and transactional processes
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
