This position is based in Cairo, Egypt and will report directly to the Business Unit Head, CHC.
The National Sales Manager will lead and manage the entire sales function within the Consumer Health Business Unit in Egypt. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for Acino CHC portfolio. The NSM will oversee the Sales and Key Account teams, ensuring their alignment with the company’s goals while driving performance, customer engagement, and commercial excellence.


Your Responsibilities will be:


Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of national sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Key Account teams to achieve high performance.

Key Account Management:

• Oversee relationships with national key accounts, ensuring effective management, negotiation, and expansion.
• Ensure the development and execution of account-specific strategies, managing pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance product availability and visibility in major accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on brand strategies, product launches, and promotions.
• Liaise with the Commercial Excellence team to implement sales force effectiveness initiatives and optimize processes.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

• Monitor sales performance regularly, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, including performance reviews and competitor analyses.

Compliance & Ethics:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with local laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of business ethics and integrity across all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or a relevant field.

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry, preferred Consumer Health background.
• Proven track record in leading large sales teams and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Health market, customer dynamics, and key account management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and team collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
