The geographical focus of the company is on countries in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions. Strategic focus on selected therapeutic categories has contributed to the rapid growth, market acceptance, and overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Maximizes the marketing potential for assigned products by achieving sales & market share objectives.
Effective marketing, operational planning implementation and management of resources.
Develops annual marketing plan that outlines key activities and marketing programs to address and implements approved strategies within agreed budget for his assigned product-lines.
Plan & coordinate all activities pertaining to launch of new products.
Keep himself and sales team up to date on medical knowledge and product knowledge as related to the therapeutic area and competition.
Control / Ensure the profitability of his Product Lines
Proceed to episodic and punctual qualitative field visit with field force (30%)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or veterinary medicine , master’s degree in marketing will be a plus.
3 years or more of marketing experience as a Product Manager in a reputable Pharmaceutical Company.
Experience in Ophthalmology Segment is a must.
Business fluent in English is a must.
Had proven Experience in Launching & Building successful Brands.
Demonstrate agility within a cross functional team.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Strong negotiation & management skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word.
Experience in managing vendor and agencies relationships.
In-depth knowledge in the presentation formulation.
