Job Title: Oracle Technical Consultant Team Lead.

Scope: The Oracle Technical Consultant Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of technical consultants, managing the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions to meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, including Oracle ERP systems, and the ability to lead technical projects, provide expert-level consulting, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The Team Lead will also be tasked with mentoring junior consultants, ensuring team productivity, and resolving any technical issues that arise during the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

As an Oracle Technical Consultant - EBS, your main responsibilities will include:
Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports using Oracle EBS tools and technologies.
• Work on system configurations and modifications to meet the specific needs of the business.

Technical Troubleshooting:

• Perform system analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Debug and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.

System Integration:

• Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle EBS and other systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with other enterprise applications.

Technical Documentation:

• Document all technical specifications and customizations.
• Ensure that all development activities adhere to company standards and best practices.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the implementation and deployment phases.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience working with Oracle EBS, including design and development of customizations and extensions.
• Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules.
• Experience with system integration and data migration.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Oracle EBS systems.
