Product Functional Lead - SAP S/4 Hana - Last Mile Distribution (LMD)

Location: Egypt, Cairo.
A Product Functional Lead in the Product Team acts as the key player in analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations. He/She ensures long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)
- Together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirments, provide solutionning while targeting simplification and standardisation
- Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate
- Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition
- Configure & customize the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects
- Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
- Support the functional specification of user stories.
- Work with Architect(s) to validate sizing & estimates with the dev team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget)
- Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.

Collaborate with business, as well as with SAP AG, stakeholders for necessary deliverables.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, business understanding of E2E Market-to-cash, also from a Finance point of view, previous 3+ years’ experience.
- Excellent knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the area of Sales and distribution, including direct distribution.
- Specific knowledge of the so-called Last Mile Distribution functionality of SAP Direct Distribution is a major advantage, as well as the knowledge of the legacy DSD (direct store delivery) functionality in SAP ERP.
- Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with SAP Sales and Distribution in complex multinational environments, with various market specifics throughout EMEA.
- Experience with mobile sales and e Po D (electronic proof of delivery) solutions implemented together with S/4, meaning integrating documents in different systems (images, files, etc.)
- Understanding of Electronic Document and exchange flow, also between Governmental portals (SAP e Documents)
- Technical background on how various component are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, etc.); understanding of public cloud implications
- Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage
- Strong understanding of Billing and Invoicing and especially so-called Route Settlement as per process in the Coca-Cola system or comparative beverage businesses, is a major advantage.

Experience in implementing SAP Sales & Distribution solutions in FMCG companies (order to cash), with multiple end-to-end projects is an advantage.
