Job Description
- Project registration and initiation activities, following up with process of P&L Creation and project documents approval.
- Ensuring safe archiving and retrieving of project documents.
- Responsible of periodic Project data analysis in terms of Budget / Revenue ,Risk identification and other project documents and sharing them with Project manager periodically
- Responsible for Progress reports construction and validation with the project manager.
- Responsible for continuous project operation on the AX(ERP) by monitoring the budget closely and on periodic basis and doing revisions if needed after taking the required approvals.
- Continuous communication with the finance to make sure of petty cash settlements on projects on time.
- Responsible for the project documentation throughout the project life cycle in terms of submittals / RFI & Document Control.
- Responsible of continuous update of project forecasts on AX after validation with PM on regular Basis.
- Responsible for project closure initiation and validation with PM and other concerned parties.

- Bachelor of any discipline preferable Engineering
- Starting 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, AX and MS Project. § Very Good communication and interpersonal skills. § Very Good English
