Job Purpose:
The Indirect Senior Buyer is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of indirect goods, services, and consumables. This role ensures the effective administration of contracts, vendor relationships, and SAP processes to support the company's operational needs and strategic goals. The Indirect Senior Buyer will also lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency, cost savings, and compliance with company policies.
Main Accountabilities:

• Manage and renew services, consumables, and maintenance contracts. Ensure that contracts signed are sent to all parties concerned, and make sure that all items apply.
• Develop and implement procedures for contract management in compliance with company policy. Liaise with the corporate Legal Department on all issues relating to supplier contracts and obligations.
• Follow up and verify the payment of monthly bills for contracts and consumables. Handle vendor and contract creation and updates. Review and validate invoice/order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build a strong professional network with key service providers to get the best services.
• Administer SAP processes for contract manufacturing with vendors in Egypt and the GCC region.
• Create and update vendor and contract information in SAP.
• Support purchasing managers in optimizing spends through supplier expansion, tenders, and generating cost savings. Ensure the effective follow-up and verification of monthly bills for contracts and consumables. Manage factory and head office services.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
