Job Description
- Carrying and following up on Month-end closing activities with Finance team for confirmation and sign off
- Responsible for accurate & timely quarterly internal reporting as per IFRS
- Responsible for preparation of financial statements
- Planning, Preparation & Coordination with auditors for hard close, internal control & year end reporting
- Preparation of regular forecasts as per internal timeline
- Responsible for tax declarations and coordination with corporate department for tax provisions and new tax law implementation
- Responsible for carrying tax health check with service provider & primary support during tax control
- Responsible for year-end stock taking process and bookkeeping.
- Fixed assets Management, from invoicing to disposal
- Close coordination with different internal departments and business units for accurate reporting
- Yearly update & review of regional policies & user guides
- Performing monthly P&L & Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparing Monthly Business Review for Management
- Ensuring rollout of new automation and process optimization within area
Qualifications
- Min 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- High Proficiency in English & Arabic
- Analytical & reporting skills
- Attention to details
- High time management skills
- Interest in ERPs and automation
- SAP knowledge
- High communication and organization skills
