Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities:
- Software Development Lifecycle Participation: Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Code Development: Write efficient, scalable, and high-quality code that adheres to design specifications and best practices in software development.
- System Design and Analysis: Analyze user requirements to define functional specifications and contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
- Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute test cases, identify bugs, and troubleshoot issues to maintain code reliability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and aligned software solutions.
- Documentation: Document code, processes, and development practices for future maintenance and upgrades.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness and efficiency.
- Technology Exploration: Stay updated on new Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continually improve and refine the development process.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards and share knowledge with other team members.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, handling updates, enhancements, and performance tuning as required.
Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years

- Strong understanding of Java SE/EE
- Object-oriented programming, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring and JSF Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC or JSF) is also highly valued
