Curenta is a health-tech Saa S company providing EMR solutions for senior care facilities. We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads by managing social media strategies across all platforms. You’ll create content aligned with our marketing goals and lead social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a key player in the marketing and sales teams, you'll shape our digital presence in the fast-paced healthcare tech domain.

In this role, you will drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads by managing social media strategies across all platforms. You’ll create content aligned with our marketing goals and lead social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a key player in the marketing and sales teams, you'll shape our digital presence in the fast-paced healthcare tech domain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely posting of relevant content across platforms like Facebook, Linked In, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
- Create engaging long-form content, including blog articles, social media ad copy, and email marketing content to support lead generation efforts.
- Lead social media campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with product launches and broader marketing campaigns.
- Generate monthly social media performance reports, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to refine strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media, email marketing, and content strategies, ensuring Curenta remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Engage with influencers and thought leaders to expand Curenta’s online reach and community engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on growing brand presence and generating qualified leads.
- Strong writing skills for creating long-form content, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics platforms. Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Experience working with Health-tech Saa S products.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visually compelling content.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
