About the role:
Flat6Labs is on the lookout for a versatile Social Media Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our marketing efforts, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content and managing our social media presence. If you're passionate about entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies, and have the skills to create engaging content while driving online engagement, we'd love to have you on board!

Main Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

• Create captivating Social Media content.
• Generate clear and compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, and various marketing materials.
• Infuse creativity into your work, ensuring the right tone of voice and messaging.
• Collaborate closely with our design team to create visually appealing content.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and manage content across multiple social media platforms.
• Create and maintain social media calendars.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and keyword strategies.
• Monitor and engage with our online community.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with department members on marketing projects, including email campaigns, website content, and presentations.
• Provide visual briefs to our design team for content visualization.
• Ensure brand consistency across all company communications.

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research and interviews to enhance content quality.
• Stay current with editorial trends and monitor competitors within our industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
• Fluent in Arabic language.
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Ability to adapt language styles for different target markets.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high editorial standards.
