Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Location: New Cairo
Working conditions
5 business days & 2 rotational days off.
9 rotational working hours from 3 PM till 2 AM for both Males & Females including an hour as a break.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: E£6,500.00 - E£14,000.00 per month
