As a Wellness Officer at Met Life Egypt, you will become an integral part of our dedicated Wellness team, committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our employees and clients. Our team is composed of health professionals, wellness coaches, and program coordinators who share a passion for promoting a holistic approach to wellness.
The Opportunity
Met Life is the market leader in corporate Wellness programs which is one of EB value proposition to corporate clients, Wellness Officer is the main stone in the relation between Met Life and its clients and so we need to get on board a very selective candidate to keep & enhance Met Life Wellness programs.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

Receiving PMT/Sales and clients wellness campaign requests.

Assess all requests and arrange for either onsite or virtual campaigns.

Negotiate with providers to get the best prices for wellness bundles.

Communicate with medical providers to arrange for campaigns.
-
Innovate/ create new wellness programs to satisfy clients and market needs.

Reconciliations and payments process.
-
Reporting for campaigns results and unit activities.
-
Collaborating closely with (EB Portfolio management team – EB sales team – Admin team – EMEA wellness team – Finance team – Network team) in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 1-3 of years of experience in Health care sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Medical educational background is a Must.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- High Observations & innovations skills.
