Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Control®, Max Payne®, Alan Wake®, and one of the leading independent game studios in the world, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a new role in our growing Marketing team.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will bolster our marketing capabilities by adding efficiency and optimization to our global campaigns and more focused initiatives. In this role, you will be part of a small dynamic marketing team based in our Finnish studio at an exciting time as we venture into self-publishing.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Plan, manage and develop our digital marketing tactics, such as through SEO, PPC, email marketing, game giveaways, etc.
• Handle small scale advertisements on scalable channels and coordinate larger paid media campaigns with media agencies.
• Set up and optimize our product pages on the different storefronts.
• Own the strategy and the management of our websites.
• Coordinate campaign assets with the internal publishing functions and our partners. Own the global marketing asset compliance, localization, and versioning pipeline for our self-published titles, ensuring the right assets are delivered in the correct format and language.
• Develop ways to measure campaign, assets and product pages performances, defining relevant metrics to track and share insights with the studio.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• You have previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or from a similar role, bringing a product and campaign forward to a global audience. It’s beneficial if you have previous experience from PC/Console markets, trends, and audiences as well as publishing products on PC/Consoles and understanding the platform ecosystems.
• You have experience proposing digital marketing strategies and making them a reality.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate constructively with various partners and stakeholders.
• You are used to working strategically and systematically, making decisions on market data.
• You thrive working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and learning from others. You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different departments, and you are able to communicate and present your ideas in a clear and coherent way. As a team member, you are dedicated to contributing towards a friendly and inclusive work environment.
