Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for Embedded Software Architect to join our development team. In this position, you will be working with global teams to achieve sustainable software architecture in complex embedded system environment. This position is Senior Principal Engineer level.
Tasks include hands on development, working with different domain specialists such as control electronics designers, system architects along with development teams to define and implement required functionality of different drive products. You will actively work with variable frequency drives, fieldbus- and functional safety systems and cyber security topics.
The position is located at Drive Products division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland. You will be working in a global software development organization of over 100 developers and testers.
This position reports to Design Manager.
