Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our team as Extra Workers for both the kitchen and service areas. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a dynamic work environment and can adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with our kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen Staff:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking as directed by the chef
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Support dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
• Stock and organize ingredients, equipment, and kitchen supplies

Service Staff:

• Greet customers and assist with seating as necessary
• Deliver food and drinks promptly
• Clear tables and ensure cleanliness in the dining area
• Assist in restocking service supplies and handling minor customer requests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Sufficient Finnish language is considered as a big plus.
• Hygiene pass is a must-have for kitchen staff.
• Alcohol pass is considered as an advantage.
