Semine is currently seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Success Manager to become a key player in their continued growth in the global market!

Semine is now looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Success Manager who can be based either in their Stockholm or Helsinki office. This role will give you the opportunity to play a central part in their ongoing expansion and contribute to the company’s global growth journey.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and use of Semine’s AI-driven financial solutions for clients. You will work closely with customers to ensure they effectively utilize the platform, supporting them on their digital transformation journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the onboarding process for new clients, as well as managing ongoing projects in a consultative and supportive manner. Your goal will always be to maximize the value customers derive from Semine’s products, identify new opportunities, and build long-term relationships. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team in Sweden and Norway, as well as the product development team, to provide feedback and contribute to the product's development.

Qualifications and Experience
- A few years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience in finance/accounting and familiarity with the invoicing process, ERP systems experience is a plus
- Beneficial if you have experience in project management or leading digital transformation projects
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
