• Manage and develop Valmet Low Consistence (LC) Conical Refiner Segment offering and pricing model
• Product support for LC Conical Refiner Segments
• Develop Valmet Global Refiner Segment support expert network
• Manager for LC Conical Refiner Segment Global Product Managers
• Participate in mill audits, product trials, problem solving and product training
• Analyze customer’s refining processes in connection with the mill performance
• Manage mill process reference data
• Active cooperation with our global production units in Finland, Sweden and in the USA
• Cooperation with Stock Preparation Capital business

• Master's degree in paper, chemical or process/automation technology
• Experience in pulp and paper industry (5+ years), preferable with knowledge in fiber refining processes
• Business acumen and capability on strategic thinking, experience in strategy execution
• Customer oriented attitude and the ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results independently in a matrix organization
• Capability on managing and developing people
• Ability to analyze data, both business and technical
• Good IT-skills, experience in ERP, PDM/PLM and reporting tools is appreciated
• Solid communication and presentation skills both verbal and written in English and Finnish
• Willingness to travel internationally around 60 days
