We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support the Corporate Legal Team and the Compliance Director in a variety of matters and to manage tools used by Wärtsilä Legal.
The location for this position is Helsinki, Finland.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Legal Assistant, your work will include travel and meeting arrangements, updating and developing the group’s Legal intranet pages, procuring and legalizing documents, managing Legal archives and electronic databases and supporting development and maintenance of digital systems like Legal Tracker e-billing system at use in the Wärtsilä Legal organisation.

Requirements for the position:
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizing skills
- Ability to work in international and multicultural environment
- Good command of Power Point, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office tools
- Appropriate educational background
- At least 5 years of relevant experience from a law firm or a listed company
