We are looking to hire a Legal Trainee to join our Office of General Counsel (OGC) in Helsinki (In-house Legal Trainee). Our OGC, the internal legal department of Pw C Finland, provides legal support to our management, business units and support functions. OGC is a legal business partner to our business units, and we frequently cooperate with the global Pw C network and our Nordic OGC colleagues in particular.
We are offering a part-time position starting in January 2025, requiring availability for three (3) days per week, with a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 12 months.
What will my tasks include?
Your key responsibilities will include assisting your OGC colleagues in a wide range of tasks, such as reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, translating legal documents and conducting information searches. Additionally, you will be providing legal support to our client facing professionals as well as participating in our internal development projects.

In this position you will report to General Counsel Sanna Pekuri.

• previous work experience from the field of law, and
