• Proactive workmanship supervision and coordination including document review in compliance with contractual requirements
• Manufacturing schedule supervision
• HSE-observations and safety walks at the supplier’s premises
• Regular reporting to the project team
• Support Subcontracting manager to manage the costs related with subcontracted manufacturing in acc. with the contract and budget

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent degree
• Familiar with pressure part manufacturing processes as welding, bending and NDE
• Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience, for example in boiler manufacturing
• Willingness to travel. Assignments abroad can be three- to six- month long periods
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Good reporting skills and solid IT skills (MS Office), experience in working with ERP (especially Infor LN) seen as advantage, and willingness to learn new IT tools, if needed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are important when working in different countries globally
