About Us:
TCR Group is a top provider of rental, maintenance, and operational support services for ground support equipment worldwide. We proudly serve ground handling companies, airlines, and airports across over 180 locations, with more than 80 workshops in the Nordics and beyond. At our Helsinki-Vantaa Airport workshop, we manage, repair, and maintain a fleet of over 400 motorized and 700 non-motorized pieces of equipment, as well as essential charging devices and other support equipment.

We’re Hiring Technicians!
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified, or experienced mechanics to join our Helsinki-Vantaa Airport location on a permanent basis. Our fleet includes a wide range of motorized and towed equipment, from internal combustion and electric vehicles to generators, cargo trailers, and fixed charging devices. If you have a background in automotive industry, machinery, vehicle/GSE technology and aftermarket, hydraulics, or electrical installations and repairs, we’d love to hear from you. Experience or education in these areas—or even a related hobby—is a big plus!

Your Responsibilities:

• Repair and Maintain: Keep ground support equipment running smoothly and safely, ensuring quality services for Airport ground handling operations.
  
• Documentation: Report your work accurately in service orders, following current guidelines and standards.
  
• Inventory Tracking: Log the spare parts you use on each service order.
  
• Safety and Communication: Foster the already existing high level safety culture, stay proactive in communication, and keep your supervisors informed of work progress.
  
• Task Management: Complete tasks given by supervisors, work proactively to support our operations across both the workshop and airport ground handling efficiently.
  
• Professional Growth: Challenge and improve your current skills and find new skillsets with us in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Knowledge in vehicle/GSE mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, or machinery is essential.
  
• Passion for Mechanics: Strong interest in GSE industry, vehicle mechanics and experience with heavy machinery.
  
• Customer Focus: Service-minded, with excellent team collaboration skills.
  
• Self-Starter: Organized, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  
• Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish (oral and writing); English skills are an asset.
  
• Licensing: A valid B driver’s license is required; C and/or D licenses are beneficial.
  
• Security Clearance: Employment in the airport area requires clearance by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO).
