Oura is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team, responsible for designing a best-in-class e Commerce membership experience for our global community. This person will work with multiple stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.

This is a hybrid role in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do:
Design UX/UI for account and membership flows that serve both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business audiences
Translate complex products into simple and intuitive user-friendly design
Work closely with product managers and developers to create and iterate on membership features
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web design
Recommend UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting user research, and partnering with Customer Support and Business Intelligence teams
Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s product design team to maintain UX and brand consistency across channels

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:
4+ years experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably with time spent building account management tools or subscription products for the web
A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UX/UI work
A strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience owning and driving user research activities
Intermediate prototyping skills
Experience working with international groups and distributed teams a big plus
