Etteplan is growing and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to join us. This is to strengthen our software and digitalization sales team, and to build growth within selected strategic industrial customers globally. Your Role
In Your role, you will work together with our software sales team and global organization consisting of service-minded professionals. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, leading and developing cooperation with existing and new accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities for long-term growth.

You will report to the Software and Embedded Solutions Vice President Sales & Service Solutions Kalle Mannonen and be a part of the global sales team.

Your Role
In Your role, you will work together with our software sales team and global organization consisting of service-minded professionals. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, leading and developing cooperation with existing and new accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities for long-term growth.
- Drive sales growth through value and solution-based sales approach, rooted on strong understanding of customers’ business needs and objectives
- Develop and execute customer sales plans to penetrate strategic accounts, engage multiple stakeholders, and leverage internal resources to drive sales
- Participate in sales campaigns at both regional and global levels
- Accountability of your sales targets.
Your profile and way of working
We expect you to be passionate about building customer value centric growth and business solutions. You get energy from working with customers, and act as an example to inspire own team to meet customer expectations.
- You have an applicable educational background and minimum of five years of experience in working in international business solution sales within the software industry, specifically in the field of industrial digitalization.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in selling modern application and cloud software development, testing and maintenance services, building sales pipeline, driving customer dialogue, leading bid teams, and handling the Sales presentations and negotiations with the Customers.
- Basic understanding of Application software design, User experience design, Cloud SW and solutions using Azure or AWS, Dev Ops and testing practices to be able to successfully sell them to customers
- A natural relationship builder with a proactive, hands-on and customer-centric approach to work
- Smarter together mindset, strong cooperation and communication skills
- Fluency in both Finnish and English.
