Champion One Medix culture globally, by
- developing strategies for and leading the internal communication, as well as external HR communication
- driving People and Culture integration, as per need, as part of our integration processes along with our M&As.
- promoting One Medix Company culture
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Business HR for the IVD Business Unit:
- Act as the primary HR partner for the Business Unit, working closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Coach Leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive performance.
- Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR issues, including talent management, organizational design, resourcing, and succession planning.
- Drive the implementation of HR initiatives that support the growth and development of the Business Unit(s), ensuring that HR practices contribute to achieving business results.
- Monitor key HR metrics related to the Business Unit, such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance, and take action to address any issues.
- Lead and facilitate internal communication.
- Lead and facilitate external HR/People communication.
- Develop and execute a HR communication strategy that enhances employee understanding and engagement with Medix Biochemica’s mission, strategy, values, and HR initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that promote a unified company culture across all sites, ensuring that employees feel connected to the broader organization and its values.
4) Drive global strategic HR projects and initiatives, to enhance our 5-year people road-map, and up-coming business priorities.
The role will require some international traveling.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in a senior HR role, emphasizing business partnership, employee engagement, and cultural integration.
- Proven track record in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive results in dynamic, growing organizations, demonstrating accountability and a sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage employees at all levels by effectively communicating the ‘Why’ behind initiatives. Fluency in English.
- A strong can-do attitude, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, and Leadership Development, prioritizing customer-centric solutions.
- Strong business planning and management skills, with a proven ability to balance short and long-term growth while maintaining high integrity.
- Assertive interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, driving change and fostering agility and resilience across the organization.
- High integrity, reinforcing sustainable leadership practices.
- Analytical and decisive, with the ability to adapt and thrive in complex, changing environments while multitasking effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and a capacity for rapid learning.
- Experience in fast-paced global organizations, with a history of leading change and inspiring others.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to influence and provide leadership.
- Leads with an outside-in mindset, bringing context and inspiration to the team.
