Job Purpose:
To provide secretarial support for the Finland CCO and Banking Head (Country Head) Office and Corporate Banking team. Duties are complex and highly confidential in nature requiring a great use of discretion. The tasks include regular contact and communication with Citi's senior management as well as the senior management of Citi's large corporate, institutional and public sector clients and other stakeholders. Prioritizing tasks and having a systematic approach to planning are crucial for the job. Ability to work in an international, multicultural setting is a key requirement. Key Responsibilities:

• Compose and prepare internal and external correspondence in addition to maintaining, answering and routing correspondence
• Proactively manage and maintain calendars and meetings
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and visas and potential changes with short notice
• Support in Governance related matters
• Local event management, including both client and internal events
• Preparation and reconciliation of all travel expenses
• Supporting with ad hoc reports and special projects
• Handling confidential company information
• Work as a team with other support staff
• Client material handling
• Input and maintain internal databases
• Monitor and ensure implementation of company policies
• Recording of client visits/call reports in CRM database
• Assisting the Nordic Public Affairs Officer in arranging interviews with local media, translations, alumni and community activities
• Full ownership of role and tasks

Knowledge/Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Finnish is and advantage.
