Senior fullstack developer, Scrum master dual role
At Visma Solutions, you will join a dedicated and experienced team of 17 engineers working as Scrum teams on our Sign e-signature and contract handling solution. A core part of your role is to help us further design and develop Visma Sign’s back-end components, as we introduce new functionalities for our contract lifecycle management solution. You are a seasoned web developer with previous experience of developing features from the ground up, as well as modernising and refactoring existing back-end systems. You will also act as a part-time Scrum Master for one of our development teams. To help you succeed in your role, you will need:

Your previous experience as a Scrum Master helps ensure high-quality development outcomes, and you are keen to continuously learn and improve our processes and agile ways of working. Our offices are located in Helsinki (Pasila, Tripla) and Lappeenranta. You can use the facilities of our offices or other Visma Group’s offices anywhere in Finland (for example Tampere, Jyväskylä, Turku). We believe diversity is a richness so we would love to have applications from software architects with various backgrounds. However, unfortunately we are not able to offer relocation services so you would need to be based in Finland and have a valid work permit.

- Senior-level experience of modern web development and building back-end components.
- Several years of relevant work experience in software development with some of the following technologies: C# /.NET, OOP PHP, React.js, Typescript.
- Deep mastery of at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Proven background of operating in a live product environment.
- Previous experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban. Ideally, you have acted as a Scrum Master before and are keen to develop yourself as an agile facilitator.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
