The most common work tasks for steel fixers are in industry and construction. The tasks are reinforcement of concrete elements and interpretation of technical drawings. In a workgroup, one employee must have the ability to communicate in English.
Our work rental service provides a full service for you. We will provide our workers with clothes, tools, safety equipment, apartment and we will help you get a Finnish tax card, personal ID-number and safety cards. If you have any problems, you can contact your personal work agent.
We will induct you with Finnish work culture. Finnish work safety laws are very strict. Factories have their own safety induction courses, we will help you with them. For these reasons, working in Finland is very safe.
The weather conditions vary a lot in Finland. In wintertime it can get very cold, but we will provide you with suitable winter clothes. Also, steel fixers work mainly inside.
