We offer roles in fascinating client projects of complex software deliveries that will develop you further as a Quality Engineering professional. In the Accenture Finland Quality Engineering Services (QES) you will also be part of the Nordic QES pool of highly skilled quality engineers and architects, test automation and non-functional engineers fully enabled with modern test automation and agile approaches and delivering modern quality engineering services to leverage Accenture expertise to support our clients' businesses. You’ll be part of our strategic focus areas taking our client on a journey to cloud.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience of Test Automation in Robot Framework, automating the following areas (one or several): front-end, back-end, web services,
- Experience of working in software development and understanding/actual experience of software development practices: BDD, TDD, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Proactive, solution driven mindset, eager to learn and comfortable with delivering a variety of tasks in a changing environment, both as individual contributor and part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in test management and defining overall test strategies and approaches for different environments and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Finnish and English
- Experience on Financial Service or other regulated business that build for highest quality
- Master's/Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
Technical skills and experience:
- Test automation tools: Robot Framework experience (others like Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber or other similar tools for cloud based test automation tools are an advantage)
- Hands-on with test automation in the following languages (one or several): Python, Java, Java Script
- Version Control in Git, eg. Git Lab, Git Hub, Bitbucket
- Test automation with CI/CD or Dev Ops toolchains Jenkins and other cloud tools Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline
- Test planning, management and reporting with JIRA and JIRA plugin integration
- Cloud for setting up and operating tests and test environments: Azure or AWS, GCP
- Experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch is an advantage
