• Several years of professional experience within Property and CAR/EAR
• Strong proven technical knowledge
• Preferably an academic degree in engineering or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish are required

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong data processing skills and analytical skills
• Technical background and knowledge along the underwriting core processes
• Knowledge of risk analysis and selection, pricing for new business and renewals
• Good negotiation skills and sales oriented
• Good presentation skills and a solutions and service orientation
• High level of risk- and business awareness
