About the role
As a Web Content Manager you will be a part of The Commercial Excellence Team within Danske Bank's Business Customer unit, and a part of a Nordic Web Team. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining the content of our Business Customers Finnish websites, ensuring alignment with web strategies across all Nordic countries. You will engage in close dialogue with stakeholders within the bank’s Business Customers unit, which serves over 200,000 small and mid-sized corporates across various market areas.
We place a significant emphasis on content testing, accessibility and SEO optimization. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on specific metrics and will together with Web team colleagues set up relevant tests across all markets. Additionally, all content will be crafted with accessibility and SEO best practices in mind, in collaboration with other Web colleagues, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic goals.
In this position, you can expect to fully utilize your web content management skills. While much of the work is team-oriented, you should also be comfortable and effective working individually.

- Creating UX-friendly web pages and optimise customer journeys on the business pages of danskebank.fi
- Maintain and support websites with content/image/file changes
- A data driven test- and learn-approach in your daily work
- Follow up on performance with analytics and present to stakeholders
- Ensure that there’s a focus on conversion rate optimisation for the webpages
- Significant governance ability and digital ownership towards stakeholders
- Good language and writing skills – both in English and Finnish
- Hands on experience with optimising websites and publishing landing pages via CMS-systems (preferably Sitecore)
- Basic SEO understanding and knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of other digital marketing principles, such as CRO, A/B-testing, PPC etc.
- A commercial mind-set, with solid analytical skills and a well-structured data-driven approach
- A high work ethic and be able to organize priorities
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google analytics, as well as Google Search console and/or Bing webmaster tools
- Accessibility knowledge and understanding
- B2B understanding
- Experience from working in an agile set-up and with remote team members
