Mission

Au sein de la direction financière, vous optimisez la structure de Contrôle Interne à travers BMS France, en accord avec les politiques et procédures BMS et les lois et réglementations en vigueur (notamment loi US " Sarbanes-Oxley " et loi US anti-corruption FCPA (" Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ")

Activités principales
  • Vous aidez à l'implémentation des politiques et procédures internes, contrôlez et évaluez leur adéquation et leur efficacité, vous assurez de leur compréhension et de leur correcte application. Vous mettez à jour les procédures locales si nécessaire.
  • Vous participez de façon majeure à la réalisation de la revue anti-corruption présentée trimestriellement au Comité Exécutif France : conformité des paiements avec les politiques et procédures BMS, les lois anti-corruption existantes telles que FCPA, les lois locales (Loi Bertrand sur la Transparence, Loi Sapin, DMOS...), ainsi que les règles comptables, financières et fiscales...
  • Vous participez à l'amélioration des processus liés à la revue anti-corruption et à l'amélioration de sa performance (documentations, formations) .
  • Vous participez à l'actualisation de la cartographie des risques, au processus d'auto- identification des déficiences SOX et à la formulation des plans d'actions de remédiation
  • Vous participez à la coordination des audits internes et externes :
    • Support aux auditeurs, formulation et suivi des plans d'action si nécessaire
    • Participation aux projets visant à remédier les déficiences de contrôle interne identifiées lors des audits (encadrement des équipes de travail et coordination)
  • Vous participez aux actions de formation et de sensibilisation au contrôle interne et les partages de bonnes pratiques
  • Vous participez au monitoring des contrôles clés et réalisez le testing annuel des contrôles SOX conformément aux instructions du groupe, et mettez en place les remédiations nécessaires
  • Vous participez à d'autres projets ou activités ad hoc, en interaction avec d'autres départements

  • Grande école de commerce, ingénieur ou master université en finance / comptabilité / audit

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work.
