Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Parsons is seeking a Cybersecurity Expert to support the client in their certification project. The Cybersecurity Expert will coordinate cybersecurity topics throughout all project phases, including detailed studies, execution, testing & trials, and commissioning. This will cover 2 different projects to begin with, 1 in France and 1 in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire project from a cybersecurity perspective, liaising with the project stakeholders (network operator, infrastructure managers…), contractors, and external projects interfacing with the operation.
- Verify technical documents from contractors related to cybersecurity (cybersecurity assurance plans, risk analysis reports, architecture audit reports, configuration audit reports, etc.).
- Assess risk treatment proposals and ensure their implementation, including auditing the protection measures during factory and site acceptance tests (penetration testing, etc.).
- Participate in technical meetings with the project owner, contractors, and network operator.
- Coordinate cybersecurity activities to achieve certification according to legislation towards authorities.
- Maintain the list of applicable Cyber Security standards and guidelines
Position Evolution:
This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to lead cybersecurity for future Parsons programs in Europe across project life cycles. This may involve project management or client assistance missions, or design/build projects in the metro, mainline (RFN), or tramway sectors. The Cybersecurity Expert will become the cybersecurity reference for Parsons' European teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in technical/engineering (Master's level, BAC+5) with strong technical skills.
- Significant experience (10+ years) in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations: ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS, French LPM.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity ecosystem and key players in the field.
- Experience with metro projects and/or complex industrial systems with a focus on supervision (SCADA) and telecommunications (Ethernet and Radio networks).
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity: risk analysis (ISO 27005, Ebios, etc.), proficiency in architecture audit techniques, mastery of penetration testing techniques and tools.
- Responsible, dynamic, autonomous, and team oriented.
- Strong client and supplier relationship skills, rigorous, and demanding.
- Professional mobility, mission location: Marseille/Paris.
- Language : French & English mandatory
- Type of position: Full-time, permanent contract.
