Key Responsibilities:
End-User Computing Technologies:
· Extensive knowledge of Windows, mac OS, SCCM, Intune, Image Management, Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Messaging & Collaboration Tools:
· Proficient in managing and supporting tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Zoom, and Webex.
Experience Management & Desktop Engineering:
· Expert in managing Experience Management and Desktop Engineering within large enterprise environments.
Network & Cloud Services:
· Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud services to ensure seamless desktop operations.
Application Packaging & Desktop Engineering:
· Specialized experience in Application Packaging, Desktop Engineering, Webex, Zoom, and Digital Signage with L3-level expertise for troubleshooting and support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
