Fire Alarm test & Inspection Technician
San Jose

In this role you will:
- Routinely inspect, test, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm systems.
- Conduct service calls and perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on low voltage systems.
- Troubleshoot systems to determine source of problem and recommend solution(s).
- Determine the presence of other fire protection and building systems, and device locations.
- Conduct fire code compliance follow-ups to ensure that corrective actions are appropriated.
- Document detailed reports of fire inspections performed, fire code violations observed, and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on and off site.
- Provide exceptional customer service & develop strong relationships with customers.
- Interface successfully with clients and other branches of business; Administration, Sales, and Management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience trouble shooting, servicing, and installing Fire Alarm systems
- NICET certification preferred
- Familiar with applicable fire and building codes (preferred)
- Valid state issued drivers license with acceptable driving record is required
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
