*Job Summary*
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
*Experience*
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS is a plus
- Prior experience with Toast Tables, Open Table, or Resy preferred
- Some experience with excel
- Strong guest relations skills
- Experience in a hotel, guest services, food service, or restaurant setting is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.45 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
