Your Mission

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise, knowledge, and support to regions when needed, from pre-contracting to project execution.
• Ensure consistency of Sidel’s proposals across regions for the assigned key accounts.
• Support Regional PMP when issuing offers to key accounts, especially regarding Value-Based Pricing, and support PME if necessary.
• Ensure that key account specifications are taken into account in Sidel’s proposals and during project execution.
• Participate in the main project tollgates, such as Offer Review, Execution Kick-off, Project Closing, and any relevant Project Steer Co meetings.
• Ensure the technical relationship with assigned key accounts is maintained and nurtured.
• Participate in any cross-functional meetings (outside of specific projects) requested by assigned key accounts to discuss, for example, specification updates, new Sidel product releases, specific Steering Committees, or other general subjects.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer project management.
• Strong transversal management skills.
• Excellent customer listening and understanding abilities.
• Technical knowledge of Sidel’s portfolio.
