- ️Your role
Securing new locations is the main goal for you and your team: from scouting new properties to developing strong partnerships and closing successful deals. You will oversee and lead key real estate transactions and negotiations while embodying Fastned's vision and mission.
With this role you will get the opportunity to combine strategic analysis, business development, networking abilities and negotiation skills with strong communication both externally and internally. You will feed opportunities into our pipeline, build a local expansion team and bring them to deliver growth. You will work closely with our local and/or global public affairs team to define our position in the market.
As a member of the Fastned-family we want you to ‘think like a founder’. We value your input, we expect you to think critically and take ownership. Part of this means generating and pitching ideas to develop our business offerings and ensuring support for these ideas within Fastned.
This role is based in our Paris office, from where you will lead and expand the France-wide team of regional expansion managers. You will report directly to the Network Development Director. You will collaborate closely with the French Country Manager and key internal stakeholders from Public Affairs, Architects, Construction and Communications.
- ️Who we're looking for
In order to be successful in this role, you have to be a convincing business developer and inspiring leader with outstanding people skills. You bring along extensive experience in high growth environments and have deep knowledge of the French market in the field of real estate and/or (e-)mobility. You find the right balance between strategic thinking, commercial judgment and the drive to make a difference. You are a real team player, have a nose for business opportunities and you love to push a team through until success.
Must have:
-
Experience in building and leading teams;
-
At least 8 years of experience in a relevant industry (emobility, real estate, infrastructure)
-
Fluent in French and English
-
A strong commercial and problem-solving mindset
-
Analytical skills and managing complex situations with a hands-on mentality

Previous experience in high growth companies

Bringing an existing network of key stakeholders in infrastructure, property or e-mobility sectors and an appetite to deepen it further

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in french and English

Open for regular travel within France and Europe

The owner of a driving license
-
Highly motivated by accelerating the energy transition.
