As an OT Park Pediatric Occupational Therapist, our primary objective is to be able to help children enhance their sensory processing and modulation skills, fine and gross motor skills, emotional regulation, enhance participation in meaningful life skills and independence.
At OT Park we are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Expectations:
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize office and assist therapists/collogues in ways that optimize therapy procedures
2. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
3. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
4. Schedule and plan client-appointments, cancellations and re-scheduling tasks
5. Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
6. Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
8. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues
9. Perform receptionist/Admin duties when needed
10. Perform general office errands (such as filling up coffee pods, bathroom napkins supply, water bottles, etc.)
11. Helping and maintaining office common areas
12. Greeting clients and visitors as needed
13. Answering calls and maintain the record of each call, guiding them as per
needs and keeping track of the related tasks
14. Helping therapist creating therapy materials/crafts/and setting up the therapy place and keep the therapy place organized before and after the therapy sessions.
15. Performing marketing help (social media, making brochures, other marketing materials) as needed.
16.Being open to help with other events that are scheduled such as screening camps, parents’ webinar etc.
Eligibility:
● High school diploma or associate degree.
● Experience as an office assistant or in related field
● Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
● Ability to use graphic design software, or ready to learn, to create therapy materials, marketing materials and related documents.
● Warm personality with strong communication skills
● Ability to work well under limited supervision
● Great communication skills
● Have a valid driver’s license
● Very creative and loves to work with families and kids, and healthcare.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
