**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of early intervention strategies and literacy education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage young learners.
