The SKF EMEA Recruitment Centre is part of the SKF People Experience function and is one of our in-house Talent Acquisition teams in the SKF Group. To our team, we are now looking for an energetic, efficient, and engaged Recruitment Expert in France, to handle local as well as international recruitments.

What can you expect in the role?


In addition to this, we are on an exciting development journey within talent acquisition where we are exploring how we can develop a more inclusive recruitment process and way of working. Furthermore, how AI and automation can enhance the candidate experience and reduce less value adding manual work, and how we can reach and engage more with passive candidates internally and externally. We are looking for someone who wants to join us on this journey.

This position is based in France in one of our main sites: Montigny-le-Bretonneux (78), Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire (37), Valence (26), Valenciennes (59) or Vernon (27).

The position holder will report the Talent Acquisition Manager who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
