Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service in a restaurant setting. Having experience in Casual - Fine Dining restaurant is a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle payments and operate the Aloha POS system efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a Casual - Fine Dining restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and making change
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.67 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
