Le Laboratoire Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) recherche un Technicien Senior Performance Qualité H/F en CDD ou Mission au sein de l’équipe PMS Support pour son site de production basé à Saint-Amand les Eaux (59).
Au sein de l’équipe PMS Support, vous supportez les activités de Production au niveau des process et des produits, au plus proche du terrain. Vous êtes l'interface entre la Production et la Qualité par la coordination, l'animation et le pilotage des activités de Production sur des sujets Qualité, au niveau de la gestion documentaire et la mise en place des procédures sous format vidéos

Au sein de l’équipe PMS Support, vous supportez les activités de Production au niveau des process et des produits, au plus proche du terrain. Vous êtes l'interface entre la Production et la Qualité par la coordination, l'animation et le pilotage des activités de Production sur des sujets Qualité, au niveau de la gestion documentaire et la mise en place des procédures sous format vidéos
Responsabilités et missions :
Gestion documentaire:
- Créer et modifier les documentations suivant les besoins sous le format « transformation documentaire » (package PMS « Flux »)
- Aider à la mise en place de la documentation BPF sur le terrain
- Prendre en compte les commentaires et suivre les approbations dans le système

Votre profil :
-
Titulaire d’un Bac + 2/3 minimum en qualité - Expérience de minimum 2 ans, idéalement sur un site de production pharmaceutique aseptique (lyophilisation, répartition liquide, conditionnement, ...) dans des domaines techniques/opérationnels(production, validation, AQ op, projets)
- Force de proposition pour la mise en place d'actions d'amélioration continue via une connaissance des méthodes d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des processus et leur application
- Capacité à piloter/organiser/coordonner
- Capacité à analyser et synthétiser
- Compréhension et intégration des requis règlementaires, de l'impact patient et des contraintes et spécificités de la production
- Maitrise des logiciels informatiques MS Office, SAP
