Cloud Support Associate, Amazon Web Services

- Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs
- Interact with leading technologists around the world
- Work directly with Amazon Web Service Engineers to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
- Leverage your day to day experiences to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how our customers use our services
- Drive customer communication during critical events
- Window or Linux Operating Systems?
- Is Networking (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing) something of interest?
- Follow Database technologies?
- Is Programming / scripting (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP) a passion that you cannot stop?

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Sales Representative at AWS, you deliver digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects & developers. In this role, you are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS product and services portfolio to ISVs.
On a daily basis you empower your customers to solve challenges while attaining both their operational and innovation goals. You deliver business outcomes while guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient.
