• You will transform data into insights: preparing and analyzing data to reveal trends and patterns that can shape our research direction.
• You will collaborate and innovate: working closely with our team to develop and refine groundbreaking MRV concepts and contributing to our research.

Your profile

• You have academic background in agricultural sciences, soil science, environmental science or equivalent
• You gathered experience in evaluating scientific studies in the agricultural sector
• You are proficient in literature research
• You get on well with database and statistical software tools such as R and feel combfortable with databases (such as excel)
• You are patient, determined and have analytical mindset
• You are fluent in English and German

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean tech company that is revolutionizing climate protection by advancing regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe.
We have launched the world's first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being used by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily from the food industry, we enable farmers to receive financial compensation for regenerative measures as well as high-quality advisory services.
