• Addressing any technical enquiries regarding customer concerns and resolving technical issues during the process.
  
• Providing general technical support and offering timely assistance to customers across various industries.
  
• Overseeing clients' technical training at the customer’s location.
  
• Conducting product demonstrations to customers to showcase product capabilities.
  
• Collaborating with the sales team to provide timely technical support.
  
• Delivering presentations to customers and communicating product information.
  
• Managing the benchmarking process.
  
• Process improvement.
  
• Promoting new materials and upgrades to customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of industrial experience in the additive manufacturing sector specifically surrounding metal AM technology.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or above, in an engineering degree or equivalent.
  
• Proficient in using Solid Works and Magics or other related software.
  
• Ability to communicate with various audiences on a technical level.
• Willingness to travel for work.
